Fien joined Schelstraete Delacourt Associates in September 2019.

She supports Partners and Executive Search Consultants in the search for key executives for various businesses, both at a national and international level. She develops and implements search plans and liaises with potential candidates.

In 2019 Fien obtained a Master’s degree in Eastern Cultures and Languages: China, at the University of Ghent. In the past, Fien has lived, studied and worked in Beijing and Singapore.

She works proficiently in Dutch, English and Chinese.
