After the remarkable success we had in September 2011 by inviting Spearhead InterSearch to Belgium, we invited this year Mrs. Patricia Epperlein of Mariaca Brazil for a weeklong work visit between October 8th and October 12^th.

Again we were quite surprised by the immediate and overwhelming response we received from companies interested in a one-on-one meeting with Mrs. Epperlein. Like last year we therefore included a work luncheon session on Thursday October 11^th at the Warande in Brussels, allowing us to include some twenty additional companies in our program.

We were especially honored that H.E Mr. André Mattoso Maia Amado, Ambassador of Brazil to Belgium, was willing to make the opening speech for our luncheon.

The immediate benefits after one week of hard work are an important number of cross border assignments between our two countries and specific leads for strategic recruitment partnerships.

The larger success is that our customers and also this year a vast number of prospects once more learnt to appreciate Schelstraete Delacourt Associates for the international scale on which we can service Executive Recruitment challenges through InterSearch, and the stronger foundation built between Mariaca InterSearch and Schelstraete & Desmedt for future cooperation.

Imperative is to underline the important contribution and effort put in by Mrs. Epperlein to make this event the success it turned out to be and we sincerely thank her for this.
