Talent Award 2015
On Thursday 22 January 2015, Roxane Ister and Julie Rosseel were named the winners of the 15th Schelstraete Delacourt Associates Talent Award.
Julie Rosseel (Ghent University) won the prize for her thesis “De ontwikkelingseffecten van contrafeitelijke versus feitelijke reflectie op persoonlijke prestaties”. The thesis by Roxane Ister (Université Catholique de Louvain) was entitled “Influence des possibilités de développement au sein d’une organisation sur l’engagement au travail, l’engagement organisationnel et la disposition à transférer l’apprentissage”.
This year we have once again had the cooperation of eight educational institutions. As well as Ghent University and Université Catholique de Louvain, the following institutions put forward candidates for the award: Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Safâa Achnak and Charlotte Verdussen), University of Liège (Anthony Scius), Ghent University (Commercial Sciences – Anneleen Verbrugge), KULeuven (Evelien Van Sas), Université Libre de Bruxelles (Amandine Van Overbeke), KULeuven (HUB – Steven Elli).
As professional chairmen of the panel of judges, Jan Van Hootegem (Group HR Director at Vandemoortele) and Pierre Braconnier (VP Employee HR Services at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals) were responsible for leading the deliberations.
The presentation took place at the “De Warande” business club in Brussels.
