The 2017 annual InterSearch Global Conference took place in Cracow, Poland’s second largest city and heart of its ancient history. 64 delegates from many nations gathered to discuss global and cross-border assignments from both a regional and an industry perspective. Other topics included marketing communication and global branding, the role of digital disruption and the results of the Quality Appraisal Program. Jonas Soenens, Partner at our office, won this year’s Excellence Award.

During the conference the shareholders appointed the new Board of Directors, confirming Peter Waite as Chairman. Frank Schelstraete, Founding Partner of Schelstraete Delacourt Associates, was duly confirmed as Director and will take over the reins as Chairman as of June 2018.

On a final note, two Executive Search firms were unanimously approved by the shareholders: Charlis Aris from the United States and Talentia from Sweden. As a member of InterSearch, Schelstraete Delacourt Associates warmly welcomes these new partners.
