Jonas joined the company in 2005 as a Research Consultant. He progressed his career as an Executive Search Consultant and became a Partner in 2016.

He specializes in executive assignments within family owned companies, at both national and international levels. He works across multiple industries, with a particular focus on Industry, Construction and Consumer & Retail.

He manages and coaches our driven team of Consultants.

Within the InterSearch group, he is a trainer at the Academy, the international training program for consultants worldwide.

Jonas was awarded a Master's Degree in Business Sciences by the Ghent Hogeschool and participated in various courses/seminars at the Vlerick Business School.

He works proficiently in Dutch, English and French.
